My name is Tiago, I’m a baker and artist, originally from Paris but currently living and working in Philadelphia.

I made this blog to share recipes that I love, and to inspire others to create their own.

Home baking to me is about making something with your own hands for people you love (which can also be yourself), It’s the joy of turning simple ingredients into an ephemeral work of art that anchors us to the present, connects us, and spreads joy.

What’s most important is not to make things perfectly, but with honesty and heart, so I tried to keep the recipes from being too elaborated or involved. Simplicity is often more impressive.

My goal was to make this blog as accessible as possible, so I provided ways to adapt the recipes to suit your needs and preferences. Most recipes require only the most basic equipment.
